We have access to an archive of client artwork files. You may request a copy of artwork files if you can identify yourself as an authorised person or business.

Please note that our Artwork Recovery Service is a manual process that requires time and care to retrieve and dispense files.

For a small fee we can recover artwork files for you, or we can waive the fee if you place an order for printing using the artwork.  Once your printing order is approve online, you can download a copy of the artwork for free.

You can access and download artwork from any printing order placed online with Where The Trade Buys, for free. Simply login to your account. Read our short guide.

Our Artwork Recovery Service is different in that we need to manually access an offline archive of files that are not linked to online orders or customers.

Once we can confirm that your artwork is recoverable, here are the fees payable:

  • Files under 250mb total combined size – $30.00 (Minimum Charge)
  • Files over 250mb total combined size – $50.00
  • Single PDF file used for printing order with Where The Trade Buys – FREE

Please note that any further editing of artwork files will incur additional design fees.

We can recover a single PDF artwork file for you for free, if you use that artwork to place an online order with Where The Trade Buys. Here is the process to use our Artwork Recovery Service for no cost:

  • Start by filling in this form to confirm which artwork file you need to recover.
  • We will locate and confirm that the PDF file has been recovered.
  • You will be required to place and pay for an online order.
  • We will email you the PDF file to complete your order.

If you want to recover more artwork files, then please order these seperately using filling in this form.

Recovered artwork files will be uploaded to a private online folder. You will be provided with a link by email, where you can download the recovered artwork files.

Once we find your artwork files, we will provide you with the contents of the folder which may include files such as:

  • Print-ready PDF files
  • Source and working files
  • Folders for various orders

Our Artwork Recovery Service is a manual process that takes time to find the correct files in question.  We also need to protect the privacy of artwork files so they are only released to the authorised person or business.  There is a small fee for this recovery service, however we can waive the fee if the artwork recovered is used in an online printing order.

Yes we can also edit and alter artwork, in addition to our Artwork Recovery Service.  Editing artwork will incur a seperate fee, from only $29.
